probably kingli asslickers
kingli bought the files few weeks / month ago if im not mistaken
and since cherno has their db (dwo's) im pretty sure cherno stole or tried to steal the files from them (since he didnt know if their fake or not)
but that part is just a theory... maybe you should ask him about that

Miki Maus aka Artuuro, the db which he release looks like thailand but he delete some tables in it
i restore tables from Chernobyl db,and go some **** error in gameserver,and shard autoclose
local overlap job exception!! : CServerProcessOverlap

i dont know who the admins over these servers are...

I never had a discussion with Li, and yeah, I'm owner of LSRO.
I didn't even knew that Li has those files.

the real way how cherno got files :

the esro admin uploaded the server files for victor ( or other way around, dunno exactly ).

somehow, victor gave tombalaci the link by mistake ( tombalaci ringed him like in msn and it auto-opened the chat window )

li traded with tombalaci , esro files for zszc patcher.

cherno traded with victor the right database ( 11dg database made by li and lahonda ) and dwo soul database 12dg from 11.12 for esro server files.
