Searching for Administrator [RO]
Hello,
We are searching Romanian Silkroad administrator for PlaySRO.
Req:
- Live in Cluj-Napoca
- Can work 8hours per day at our office
- Knowledge with vBulletin and about the game
- Age minimum 16 years
Also, anyone that can bring a usefull part to the community can PM me. We could discuss anything.

a 16 year old that works in your office 8 hours a day? I don't know about the romanian laws, but I can tell you how illegal that would be here...

It's legal for a 16 year old to work here in the UK too. I don't see why it would be illegal wherever you come from.

you want to say indirectly that you "own a company"?
sure. offer someone a job which consists in taking care of illegal game servers
actually, don't you think hiring someone more experienced would be better? after all, you've gotta pay him a full salary if you plan to nail him 8hrs/day in your "office".
may i ask how old YOU are?

It is legal to work in Romania if you are 16 years old or higher ^^ but only for a maximum 4 hours a day...

I don't really understand whats your problem. Honestly i feel like you have aboslutelly nothing to do than flame someone you don't know because ...........why?
Yes i said minimal age 16 years old. If he is 16 than he will have a student contract of 4 to 6 hours per day. If he is more than 18 he will have a full time job. And yes we have a company and nobody actually said whats gonna be written in his contract or anything regarding that aspect. Yes, its ilegal game but fortunatelly, internet LAW is preety thin overhere. PLUS, its not like on his contract will be written SILKROAD PRIVATE SERVER ADMINISTRATOR  but i guess that was to hard for you guys to figure it out =)
I am just looking for someone intersted working in this domain. Isn't epvp a good place to do that?

actually , my first job was when i had 14 years old , in the contract had only 4h/day but actually i did 8-10 so it doesn`t really matter what it says in the contract

Repet, nu este obligatoriu 8 ore pe zi..poate fi si mai putin daca sunteti elevi/studenti. 8 ore ar fi de preferat dar se poate oricum.
ENG: I repet, its not 8 hours mandatory. It can be less if you are students. 8 hours would be perfect but i can be less.
