When i try to Turn on SR_GameServer i get it has been failed to Rquest Certification i tryed everythink but still i get the same.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you need the modified Certification Server, thing. I didn't quite read that guide yet, but I'm 61% sure that's what you did wrong.
