i Launched my Server but i have problem when my brother on the same lan Launch the client and press connect there's no any reply from the server ! what can i do ???

Your brother needs to connect using the network IP of the server not the actual server IP. Use media-patch or EDX5 launcher. Easy fix. For instance if your server is on 192.168.1.5 he needs to set his silkroad server IP to 192.168.1.5.
