Diamond Server(Lynx) Media bug

Hello so i know why is crashing the client so many times there is the problem

("res\item\avatar\avatar_m_fox_hat.bsr Loading Failed.")
Some one know how to fix that error?

they didnt add some parts of the avatar images in the media.. just extract them from isro and import them to this path "res\item\avatar"
