If you got a server, and you are searching for team member, you would choose Only those speakers, like your motherspeach.
Reason:
1. Better understanding.
2. Faster writing
3. no problems with calling
etc.

I worked for projects for free too (as webdev/gm/mod) - the reason is, that I had my fun.
