I cant see Texture in SRO

Hello all. I have big prob, cuz i buy new computer with windows 7 x64, drx 11 and i can see like textures in log in window and also after loading screen (in game) please guys help me cuz i didnt play sro for 2 weeks ehh.. btw iam playing sjsro but it doesnt mutter cuz ist not working also for other 2 sro. BTW PLS CHECK SCREEN-SHOOTs So You Can Cleary Understand My problem

yes i used like drivermax program for automatic driver up[dates and also manualy downloaded drivers for my geforce graphic card.

hey now ..... when i turned off Bloom Effect, textures back, but after i turn on Bloom effect it goes like on screens.. ( pls guys any1 know solution 4 me?

Disable the Bloom effect in-game, should help
well, really I really don't know why this happens, but I have ran into this **** too...

yes but i really want to use bloom effect btw.. i dont like have things that works wrong on my computer. anyone had this problem before?
