How to extract Divisioninfo.txt from this language

i am trying to extract divisioninfo from SWSRO media to change the ip to my ip
cuz i am using SW server files and want to use SW client
anyone have solution for this problem ?

grinroad patcher can't read the media.pk2 info

seems to be this version from the pk2 extractor doesn't support their pk2
