And why dont they increase the user cap? They could open donations,or if they didnt do it already.

Because, and this is just a theory, they're retarded business men.

Reason for my theory being that somewhere in their forums they have post as to why they won't get more servers or increase cap, citing that doing so would cost too much money, which is clearly a lie, servers don't cost all that much, the connect costs some, but it ain't all that much. Especially considering how much money the idiot makes from donations and the VIP, more than enough money to get and mentain several 1k slot servers.

As to the individual servers themselves not being able to hold more than 1k slots, it has something to do with the game itself apparently, I don't know the validity of this myself seeing as how I'm not trying to get a server up and don't know the restrictions of the 1.091 version myself.
