depends on your php version. developers from msdn and all the rest of it are saying:
you need sqlsrv.dll instead of mssql if you're running a php version after 5.2

it seems to be the common problem for all of ya which can't setup a reg page properly.

well, you should try an old php version on your apache and use the search function on those forums to get a guide. google is helpful as well to get rid of troubles like yours.
