VSRO in Windowns Xp?

i have problem with certification server ... iam configured all sql and ini files but when i try open certification server get crash what this problem ? and windowns xp sp 3 have a old IIS... can any1 help? or send me a nice guide for windowns xp ty ^^

Wrong ip in ini's

run --> cmd --> ipconfig --> ip4

Copy this IP to all the IP's in the ini's
