This is in db SRO_VT_SHARD > RefRegionBindAssocServer I was say example:

GM_Event: X: -3 Y: -7 Z: 628
Prision: X: 31 Y: 36 Z:62

change your X Y Z in the _Char database and you should beable to teleport there if you have enabled them correctly, its not only the RefBindAssocServer table you need to enable them.

If the GM_Event or Prison or any other area is enabled, you can use /warp regionID xpos ypos zpos to teleport there.
