Which ports i need on static ip? (c9)

I have static ip and i setupped server on static ip.
Players getting c9 after id-pw and image code write.
What can i do ?

from 15880 to 15885 ports
suggest to add tcp and udp kinds

and are thats TCP&UDP or only TCP and only UDP?

u must open them on both TCP and UDP

also am have That problem... can u tell me what port i open to my Static Ip .. i can only logged To FTP From network PC no puplic PC or any PC out Of my network

open from 15880 to 15885 ports and 15779
in TCP and UDP
