I prefer a low rates server where it takes time to actually get to the cap instead of all those 300x servers. It's horrible, lol.

there are a lot of pvp or high rate server, i just want a server with lower rates, where is your problem???

It would be a gread thing if there will be a nice low rate server with some more player, i think that is not bad or?
