110 cap server .. nova+8 items with 100% stats.. blues not enabled .. add to all chars 70 more str and int and 3900 more hp and mp to be like a full blue ...
elixirs disabled (including advanced), magic pop disabled , vigors on NPC

seems it will never open in the first place so this must be a record server closed even before media uploaded
