[HELP]SR_ShardManager eror :(

I tried to open a server for me and 10 friends. and everything works the DB and the software. but when I start the SR_ShardManager he waiting for some 6 seconds and then say some EROR in red and close O_O"
what did I do wrong?

i have win7 32bit 4G ram 4

i use this guild:[GUIDE]Setup a server without errors [1x GameServer]
and i use hamchi IP

the only thing is ur billing server is died
u must setup iis and copy CGI files in ur defualt page or domain and edit ur db info in DBConnect.asp
and check that (ex : 127.0.0.1:80/test.asp .. u can change port to 8080 or any port u need but musted not in use) that test.asp works and gives u ur server time
then ur sr shared manager will works fine
