Why need to use Hamachi?

Why some servers use hamachi instead of direct ip? Does it have to do with ISP or router or what... ? Can anyone explain ?

It is mostly because they can't pay a VPS to host the server, so as they get to be able to pay it they just host it via Hamachi

There are a lot of companies, you just need to look on google for one of them, then, after purchasing one you need to set the server up there, like you would do if you hosted from your own computer.

I know because they cant buy VPS but why they cant setup it on theyr own pc? Like router problem or because ISP doesnt allow, why?

You have to open a Port for your Server. Then use a DNS which send connections to your IP.

They can, but to host a public server you need some better specifications on the hosting computer (maybe) so if you want to take lag to the minimum, some times your own computer won't be enough to cover it

You would need a dedicated computer for it, (with high specs), and a high upload. Most people don't have this/can't get this, in many cases a dedicated server is better.

Yes, some people will just run off a local computer via Hamachi until they can afford a VPS or dedicated computer.
