Cert server start on 192.168.x.x but doesn't work with real IP.

So, i can run the server on 192.168.x.x (local ip) but i can't run it on my real ip. I get an error related to socket ip or smthing like that, then it says certification server has stopped working.

he wont say his ip for no ddos attack ..

Open new port in router with SRO_Client.exe (with this option manager wont close + you cant join the server "Failed to connect to the server ; C9" )
