For now you can't... but if you change two commands in server.cfg Green Book works 24/7

Beginner and other exp scrolls work... They give you x1 or x1.5 more exp and it is normal... So if exp is x30 you can get with scrolls x31 or x31.5 + premium will be x32 or x32.5
