hi i dont really understand how to do this.. im sure i edited the config.ini i clicked the exe of greenbook but i have error,
do i need to start the server before run this fix?

1 FAST QUESTION:
Why is my green buff 0 and not 100% like it should.... BTW this afects the guide and quest Dictionary also  .... I've tested many media.pk2 .... on some it worked normaly on others I had this 0 thing and it's a lil annoying...
If someone can tell me what's wrong I would appreciate it.

Hello, I notice in Vsro they have this green book thing that limits the time you can play with exp. Is there a way to disable this?
