Anyone can help me on teamviewer to create a vsro server (A really fun Server)

I have great ideas to develop when I have a server.It will be 24/7.Rates will be Really High so players wont get bored..Daily Events.Events like Hide and Seek,Unique.Pvp events,Clans wars....You will start off with 8000 silks and by wining events eventually you will win more.

I just need some help from the community to develop my ideas

The rates are not gonna be lv110 in 5 mins ,also they will get their sets and weapons
