[REQ] Help with Silkroad.dat

I am really confused by the content of Silkroad.dat.

But when I try to convert it to string it looks really weird.
So can someone gimme a hint or help me decode this one?

Maybe a MD5 hash ? I thought it was hex but no idea now. O_O

I don't think it would be md5 hash. Its too long and it's not ideal to use md5 hash for such purpose, imo at least.
