patch your media pk2 to 127.0.0.1 : 15779
and login with ipv4 and 15778

Just to be safe don't use 127.0.0.1 but your pc's ip so the 192.168.***.*** one (same one in the certification ini files)

this fixes the C9 problem for most people

Edit: Just so you know the C9 error means can't connect to the agentserver so be sure it's running and started in the SMC

I'm not use 127.0.01 , my pc's ip is : 91.147.231.122 and same as the certification ini file's, but again c9 error.
