Vsro Server: Failed getting silk data error.

Hey,
I just fixed the first silk data error (problem with my billing server)
i edited all my files of the billing server and i also can open my .asp files.
but now i got this error and i don't know how to fix it:

It takes time more than 0.5 sec [1531 ms]
Failed to getting silk data: query failed
Silk Data Loading Failed [JID: 3]
AQ Failed! Log out!! [AQType: 9]

edit your billing with wordpad or other...

Its your IIS wich is wrong believe me ^^ had some error
