Go to SQL Server Managent Studio

Protection>Access Account>sa (or your account created) right click>Options>default language>English

I've installed sql the same way i've seen in another thread, I believe the problem is in the odbc .

check un ODBC Configuration in ODBC Source and ur certification if u have write all correct
