MachineManager is needed for manage the files through the SMC, without it you wont be able to start the service on the files.
And yes, I wont help anyone because I don't support the release of the files and because I want to enjoy my spare time, if I help anyone who ask me for help I will lose my whole day helping people. Getting ton of PM's every day with help requests already >_>

but always if i try to connect i get C9 lol

Because privileged IPs ignore the check mode. Try to remove your IP from that table and you wont be able to connect.
If you mean why you get C9, wrong linked nodes on the certification.
