Here you go, run the one for your system, it should help you fix the ODBC problems.
Remember to read the textfile inside the archive. There's more explained what is what.
(THAT WILL SERIOUSLY HELP ALOT YOURSELF ON SETTING UP THE SERVERFILES).

i know ur error just setup iss server + ftp server if u don't know how to setup them just search in google u will find many guides
then in server.cfg

it's better to run IIS on port 8080 (easy configurable atm). just suggestion. thats how the files were designed.

Guild images upload to database so it's stored on database ..

proper ftp server setup + pk2 edit will allow people to have guild icons and union icons work.

yeah but guild or union icons (pic) not upload to ftp , upload to database so ftp server not the reason of being pic for guild and union

Icons are saved in ftp not database lulz and other server doesn't set up because it's to much risk on security side.
