C8 error while entering server using vsro files.

so my billing server wasn't connecting properly to the sql, now it is but the gameserver now throws me this error: unknown sucess code(1) for getting the silk info. any ideias?

did you modify server.cfg version to 188?

C8 = You didn't start client with the right command line, so your locale is not set. If you did start with a command line, it should be "0 /22 0 0". The files do have errors from Joymax, so if you have everything with blue icons and eyes, and your shard is on Easy, you have it setup correctly for the most part for this half of the server (the other half is character selection and onwards).

Can you show a example how to start client through *.bat ?
I tried with that "0 /22 0 0" but i get БyjY S3ЖР (17) error
