there is nothing wrong with lower rates(which are still high) I mean 70 x rates that's just insane  why not directly a level 110 character with 3 million sp and 10 billion gold-_-
I actually prefer the lower rates server but this doesn't mean I'm going too play dwo xD

****** rates are to hight , 1 day 1-95 , and FF WTF!
THis server is better then Esro ! Soo If you dont want Dont Play .
