there is nothing wrong with lower rates(which are still high) I mean 70 x rates that's just insane why not directly a level 110 character with 3 million sp and 10 billion gold-_-

Guys realy , for waht you need 100 Rates , xcording , and Open youself a Privat sro , then you are lvl 140 and you have fun.

@ 1st . wtf is wrong with the rates? whole years/months you played on 30x or 15x rates server. when esro came out no one complained about rates because it has european chars included and party mobs. i dont understand why ppl still cry about them.
