How i can register on server Istanbul becouse i register on classonline but account now work:S

They told me that they are currently testing stuff, only 3 accounts are on so far due to this. They will open again when they fix some bugs, and then I will add it back to the capacity.
Istanbul is not related with Diamond or ******.
