Due to the fact Chernobyl wasnt taking LordyK's actions into consideration to how it is effecting his server i decided to try a different approach and contact the ****** network team. Here is a copy of the mail sent and a reply.

Ouch .. but LodyK is noob in server he spwams much unique wich make server lagging the new gm, or idk his name his name was long and finish by l or i capital .. is good in his event and managing server he is understanding players well as we can see

Thats true and i will not dwell on it, the matter of LordyK has been delt with for now and for me thats enough to allow the server to move forward.
