Its true.
Cherno just said it on the irc channel.
There will be a wipe because Lordyk was giving free stuff to people.
I dont really understand why he decided to step so far this time, but i guess it wont hurt anyone since the server is new. He also promiced a drastically increase of rates.

EDIT: Cherno just announced there wont be no wipe. There will be two servers comming up on next Monday/Tuesday !!! stay tuned.
