Yep... after a successful 110 cap they ruined it, 11d was like the best, most stuff to do after you hit cap, 60-80 caps were only good cos of a good community, 90-100 were boring... and then 110 cap was fking awesome man.

Nah 12d rules if it was normal system just like others dropping and not through alchemy..... and new skills make the game more interesting but rates than again sucks like hell on isro :P and on lvl 120 you have more awesome skills so better pvp IMO

I'm not really sure... but to open a private server under the name of Elitepvpers you have to talk with owner/administration first... Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems so.
Admins are kinda crucial at the point of reputation of e*pvps and such things are most likely to be talked about with admins themselves(I'd say Luke as he is the new owner of epvp).

its emu im plaing there with nui and disco trubilo is a pretty nice coder he made some new functions on the emu like if u write in chat -global [message]
it sends a free global if u write -reverse and relog u get 50 reverse scrols for free.There was -notice function which was available too but he restricted it and now its only for gm but he said hell make the notice function paid(to send notice in game u gota pay some gold)

well .. he's also working on some more commands like -avatar, -checkpoints (for the point system Ch vs Eu) and so on . And he's uber friendly :P

-reverse gives you 50 Reverses after relog.
But it has alot of Bugs 
I make normal hit about 4m damage
