lol this have simple solution...
make sure when you are on white side don't enter on any clan, if you enter will not work.
when you are vagabond you can move for all clan base's, so if you want make 10 year's just move from WT clan base to MY and start quest there. you will need start again from part 1 buy item's till get 3rd part after tick on HD, (3) years, 50 delay + quick send and see you geting...
