ESCRO Help

When I open ESCRO I have a ??? error now I saw a post about it before but I can't find it so I had to ask. How do I fix the ??? error. Thanks to anyone who helps.

Never mind I jumped the gun. I found the reason. For anyone else asking this means the server is under inspection. Normally it would be in Chinese but if you installed the English translation pack it shows question marks.

thats not error it means "Under Inspection"
you're using the chinese media.pk2
and your computer can't recognize Chinese char
you have to download the latest media.pk2
