i woke up at noon PAcific Standard Time and now its 1 AM and server still down =((( but yes i hope the bug where you go to type in private message chat (i.e. "$namehere" ) and then it writes it in guild chat is fixed..

the bugs are from the begining of this server but who know ocean want to steal our moneys

this is ur English_Media.pk2 not server bug...if u use China_Media.pk2 u will see everything normal

this is a local bug not this server bug... even in the ISRO this bug exist before the euro update.

sure its plausible "ocean" could close server in a few months or a year but he would have some lawsuits come down his front door from some paying customers for a service that woudl then be deemed fraudulent...
