**** that sux... Even if he got lots of money or not 75k$ are 75k$ :S I mean come on he could buy a really nice car with that money! :/... Also im wondering... If a "simple" reseller got sued for 75k$ amount... What about ocean ??? How much did he had to pay (in case he had to) ?

What a pity. Even he knew it can happen (and it DID happen) it's a shame. $75k is a small fortune, and he has to pay, becuase.

If you read the default judgment, you would see that Grzegorz Grycuk was not the only person named in the default judgement.

These are the people that are affected by the $79,750 judgement. "Does 1-10" are "John Does" that joymax has yet to identify. More can be added with the additional discovery of "John Does" (AKA anyone that sold "silk" for any of the private servers).
Since Joymax already has a default against these individuals, I'm sure more lawsuits will follow. Anyone that advertised here selling silk should be worried. Tough luck to those that get caught selling silk, but they were warned what would happen. It's hard to feel sorry for them.
Gold Sold & Goldsold.PL were dismissed from this lawsuit.

I'm from poland , so let's calculate. 1$ is worth 2.77 PLN (it's our currency). so he need to pay 2.77 x 75000 = 207750 PLN . Next , average payment in our country is 3000 PLN / month , so he needs to work 69 months to earn it. If he won't spent any of this money. Next thing is that to earn 3000 PLN in month, it's really hard to find job like this ;/ . IMO if his family , friends or smb won't help him get this money (of course if he haven't got this much) he'll go to jail for few or more years , coz of not paying his debt. I hope you understood what i wrote here with my poor english skills ;P. ( not farmed well yet xD).

I never said that sroinfo was getting sued, i just said that my friend the head admin was once a re-seller but he quited when he realised the risks of it.
i remember i saw his bank transfer one time, it was 10k dollars in 1 month he sold for, 15% of the money was going right down into his pocket.

old news but this shows the risks involved in being a reseller for any of the p servers even if joy-max can't get the owners of the files they can get the resellers.
