what the best Private Server?

hello yesterday im downloading the cSRO i think this private sro without lags
but when im connect into the game have alot of lags and i cant moved every sec LAG[ and on Global SRO im have a little lags]

My Question:if have now any Private server without lags?

MHTC server is Offline right now ... but this server is laggy a litlle!
