Kingli deleted the comment on his blog, so I will just say it here. They don't have and never had the capacity and chardb tools, since none of those were hosted on the gamerzcorp hosting. Actually that design is not complete, in fact, not even the code is complete, since that was the new design on where we were working on, so most of the stuff doesnt works or is just buggy.
At the end, totally useless for the end-user, the only thing you can find there is a char parser that only works with our charDB tool. ^^
