1.Download:Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites! <- this is old rsroclient
2.Install: you must install this client normal
3.pk2edit: you must change the rsro divisionsinfo for the esro divisionsinfo
3.changetheversion: changet to version 1.036
