[HELP] Need your Help :(

Guys I have iSro installed on my Computer.
Everytime when I try to install a private server it says that I have to delete my Silkroadfiles (so I have to delete iSro) and that sux. I wanna play on a Private server while my Bot is running on iSro :P . Well and as I said, anyone can help me how to install a private server while iSro is installed on my Computer ?

well i had the same problem today and instead of installing it agian i just copyed the folder to another partion and it worked just fine
