Newbie @ Private servers Help me please..

Hello Guys

I am Very new at private serves i dont know anything about it i am playing since 2006 (without bot) and i am lvl 80 on the server Zeus..

But the botter sucks..

So i have some question because i wanna play on a psro

okay i dont know anything about it and i searched a while but i dont find any threads about that...

How can i join a p server?
where can i find a "server"list and what programms do i need to play on a p server?
can you write it down step by step?so i know a bit more about psro and can play it!?

but it has more than only 1 pserver or not?

so i dont think that all servers wanna get payed :/
