ibot .......not work

hi ,
i complete yesterday my cllectionfrom fgw to get my 9 deg sun,
i cant take the sun when i using ibot so i take it with normal client.
after that my computer say if i go on with the same char with Ibot ; Ibot...not work: and it cloesed with the client why???
i can log in other chars somebody knows anythink=`?

I think Ibot don't got the item you are using in their list. It's unknown for the bot, that's why it close...
