after i press start nothing happens

hi guys i got a problem.
i downloaded both clients kingli's and the official client of the elitesro,but i got the same problem with both of them.
when the client pop up and i press start just nothing happens after game guards everything disappear,like i never clicked on it,and i am able to start client again and same story.
i asked like 6 times in the active threads about elitesro but the smartest advice was -restart your pc.

still got the problem and i just wanna say that i dont get any errors or anything just nothing happens after i press start,everything connected with sro just disappear.
any advices?

they saying server is full , so server can`t up..
