Server is online, you just can't login because the loginserver (the "thing" that makes the connection from your pc to server's pc) it's crashing. So, when you say that the server went "offline" you were just unlucky for crashing with the loginserver, while other people kept playing

How do you know it's crashed? Maybe the turn down it so just some ppls test it :P.
