To check if the server is actually online or not you need to send data and check the response so you receive data back. Plus the internet connection send and receive data even if you just connect to internet and you don't do nothing so it doesn't really matter if it sends and receive data.

By the way the "inspection" is of course bullshit. I mean if you have to do inspections you do them periodically, like once a week, and for short time. You can't wake up one day and say "today I'm conna do an inspection" and take the server down for 3 days or more. They took it down forever, or they're up to something, or they have some problems. Surely it isn't a simple inspection.

Thank you...at least some people here still have brains...ur right that one day inspection was bullshit, and in setradee they said that its off bc they were fixing the reg page (another lie) trust me u dont have to turn off the server to work on the reg page
