Reg website is always the same but since MHTC blocked all not chinese IPs you can't register unless you have a chinese IP. Ocean said the server inspection is lasting longer because they had to fix the registration page but that was a lie, they didn't fix anything, the page works fine. So now he say that if you need an account you have to send your ID/pw to his mail and he'll make the account for you. But the server is still down and they don't have a clue about if and when it's going to be up again.
