Mate in the last 3 days I registered in like 10 ******* chinese forums where chinks posts IPs of all sort, most don't work but some do work. I don't understand a **** about what they write but if you're a bit smart with the help of google.com and google translator you can even build your own atomic bomb XD.

Turks always know how to connect, search in turk's forums. Type in google "SRO private serverlar" or "sro botlar" and you'll find some turk forums to check XD
