number 1 the game is completely identical to iSRO except its doesn't have euro update and its 10x..
number 2 one is allowed to create private server for any game in the world... but the law states that the private server cannot charge money for server accesss..
number 3 joymax loses potential customers
btw sremu didn't start they're closed beta yet.. so the game is not realeased... they said it will be released in March but they said no promises..
i got an idea if MHTC started the p2p thing lets all tell JM about the server.. and get MHTC's *** sued

I always had a problem with psro charging people money for silk for a game they don't own. It seems to me they were trying to exploit the foreigners by charging ridiculous prices for things like wolves, pets, & other extras. While the Chinese run around the game murdering people with their Sun gear.
Don't express your negative opinion about the game or criticize GM's on setrade or Yui bans you. Remember freedom of thought and expression is not legal in China.
As for Sremu, my problem with it is they want people to help with the program itself by coding in VB6 to get the program running. It will be converted to C++ when the emulator is ready. Everyone thinks they will get their own server but it is not true. They have said time and time again on the forums that they will not release the server files. You will not get your own Silkroad to play. (unless they change their mind)
