They have just patched the whole SRO_client.exe with peCompact version 2.5.x ~ 3.0.x. They have also completely removed the "no range grab" and changed a few things on the autologin.
Bots/Loaders won't work because peCompact prevent them from hooking. Just start them later (mine works 5 sec after load) if posible.

Server is not in inspection, just download the new patch and run the tool which come's in it.

I already told you. Your bot is the one which is not loading. All they did is to pack the .exe with peCompact, which prevents anything from hooking while loading up.
All you have to do is ask the ones who did the bot and tell them to delay the hooks 5 secs.
